Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data FDE INDIA ("we") collects through the FDE Alignment Checker, why, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The checker is operated with our partner Interview Kickstart.

What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number.
Your years of experience, current role and preferred city.
Your resume (PDF) or the profile text you paste.

How we use it

To generate your report. Your resume is sent to an AI service (Anthropic's Claude API) to produce your fit score, strengths, gaps and matching roles. We do not keep a copy of your resume file after the report is generated.
To follow up, only if you agree. If you tick the contact box, Interview Kickstart may contact you about FDE career guidance by email, phone or WhatsApp. We store your contact details and a summary of your results (score, top gaps, matching roles) for this purpose.
To email you your report, if you ask for it.

Who we share it with

Interview Kickstart, and the service providers that run the checker (Cloudflare for hosting and bot protection, Anthropic for the AI analysis, Google for storing submissions). We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details and results summary for up to 12 months, or until you withdraw consent, whichever is sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hello@fdeindia.live. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
